Consultancy and support

The philosophy of GeolinQ is that end-users need minimal assistance to be able to configure the GeolinQ system themselves. However consultancy services are available to support clients to use the solution efficiently. Consultancy services include:

System installation
GeolinQ configuration
Support and training services
Migration of legacy systems
Software development

The GeolinQ consultancy fee is € 137,50 per hour excluding VAT including travel costs within the Netherlands.

GeolinQ can be extended with tailor-made organization specific functionality. Migration, development and implementation are offered as a project. Scope, functionality, risks, support, budget and delivery of projects are defined as strict as possible to manage expectations and to guarantee delivery within time and budget. Customers can follow the project progress using our project portal.
